The above named document for the Canton Community Development Block Grant Program is available for inspection at the Finance Department, 1150 S. Canton Center Road, Canton, Michigan 48188, 734-394-5225, during regular business hours. The document describes the performance of the CDBG program from July 1, 2016—June 30, 2017. Comments on the CAPER will be accepted for 15 days, beginning September 7, 2017. Comments received during the public comment period will be forwarded to the Department of HUD and will become an addendum to the CAPER.
