Does your child dream of being on Broadway? This newly added three-day Mini Camp, which will be held July 15, 17 &19, is packed full of theatrical fun just for children ages 5-10. Professional actors, costumers and choreographers from the New York, Boston and the Detroit area will come to work with your child throughout the week. This Monday, Wednesday and Friday all-day camp will focus on singing, dancing, theater warm-ups and improv games, as well as team building activities. Campers will have a hand in costume and set construction and will learn how to work together with friends to create an amazing show!
Fees are: $126 for Summit members; $140 for Canton Residents; and $182 for Non-Residents.
Parents, please save the date for Friday night, July 19 at 5:15 p.m., when you can enjoy the final showcase performance especially for families at The Village Theater. This showcase will feature different acts, singing and dancing routines, monologues and more! You'll be amazed at everything your child has learned during camp!
Mark your calendars for July 14, 2019, from 3-5 p.m., when you can take a tour of The Village Theater, meet our counselors, and participate in an (optional) workshop to get to know fellow campers before camp begins on Monday.
Before and after care is available for this camp at no extra charge from 7-9 a.m. and/or 4:30-6 p.m. Preregistration is required.
