On Sunday, June 23, 2019, at 3:00 p.m., Canton proudly presents the first annual Canton Pride Festival on the Main Stage of The Village Theater at Cherry Hill in Canton, MI.
Join us for a special concert that celebrates lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer culture and pride, featuring artists from Canton, Plymouth and beyond. Come celebrate pride at this special event hosted by Canton Township, no matter where you live.
This is a free community event and all are welcome. Donations at the door will be encouraged to benefit Plymouth-Canton PFLAG (Parents, Families, and Friends of Lesbians and Gays), the Plymouth-Canton Educational Park Gender and Sexuality Alliance (P-CEP GSA), Ruth Ellis Center and In the Band Music Appreciation Studio.
The Village Theater at Cherry Hill, located at 50400 Cherry Hill Road, Canton, MI 48187, is a regional center for the arts that offers the magic of live theatre, soul-stirring music, the thrill of dance, and the enjoyment of fine art exhibitions and events, in addition to providing a home for several cultural organizations and community groups.
