Everyone can benefit from added time in nature and that benefit is amped up when it is for an outdoor workout. Summit members and guests are invited to all of the weekly workouts this summer. Tuesday 9 am Yoga, Thursday 11 am Bartlett's Boot Camp (kids) & 12pm Adult Boot Camp, Friday 9 am Kickboxing. Participants are encouraged to bring bottled water, a yoga mat, and towel. All workouts take place at the Heritage Park Amphitheater and are weather dependent. The Amphitheater is just north of the Summit on the Park and west of the Administration Building.
Classes will continue until September 4, 2015.
