Notice of Public Hearing
Request for variance from the Subdivision and Land Division Regulations Chapter 110/82 of the Code of Ordinances of the Charter Township of Canton, Wayne County, Michigan.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Condominium Ordinance of the Charter Township of Canton, that the Planning Commission of the Charter Township of Canton will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, October 5, 2015 in the First Floor Meeting Room of the Canton Township Administration Building, 1150 S. Canton Center Road at 7:00 p.m. to consider the request by the petitioner to permit the following proposed variances to the Condominium Ordinance for the project known as Parkside South located south of Ford Road and west of Ridge Road.
The petitioner has requested a variance pursuant to Section 82-124(5) of the Condominium Ordinance relative to the requirements to extend a street to the property boundary.
Written comments addressed to the Planning Commission should be received at the Canton Township Administration Building, 1150 Canton Center S. prior to Thursday, October 1, 2015 in order to be included in the materials submitted for review.
