A Matter of Balance FREE Series
Fridays, April 16 - June 4, 1:00-3:00 p.m.
Many older adults experience concerns of falling and restrict their activities. A Matter of Balance is an award-winning program designed to reduce the fear of falling to help individuals increase their activity levels. Participants will have the opportunity to learn:
- Practical strategies to manage falls
- Make changes to reduce fall risks at home
- Improve balance and flexibility
- Seated exercise routine
Join us for this virtual workshop from the comfort of your own home. This program is offered in partnership with National Kidney Foundation of Michigan. Register by April 1.
