After the Marines, he worked for 12 years on the assembly line at Ford Motor Company. While he was employed there, he traveled to California where he was featured in a commercial for the Mustang GT. In Retirement, Mark worked at a delicatessen. Later, he became a volunteer for Food Gatherers, which is a food bank rescue program whose mission is to alleviate hunger.
