  • Toledo Zoo Pumpkin Path Excursion: Enjoy a trip to the Toledo Zoo on October 19 and follow the pumpkin path around the zoo! Sure to be an exciting event!
  • Halloween at Greenfield Village: Back by popular demand! Enjoy a magical night of goblins and ghost at this family friendly excursion on October 25.
  • Additional outings will include: Dances, Karate, Cardio Drumming, Zumba, and more to help you stay fit this winter!

Leisure Club Takes the Stage!

Don't miss this new adaptive learning theater experience at The Village Theater at Cherry Hill. Learn about what happenings behind the curtain including: lighting, sound, movement, and more! This three week workshop will culminate with a variety show on the main stage, featuring personalized moments in the spotlight for each participant!

Date: Wednesdays, February 12-26.
Time: 6-7 p.m.

Community Baseball Game Fundraiser To Benefit Local Special Needs Groups

Area law enforcement and the Miracle League of Plymouth are teaming up to play a special “Buddy Up”  Baseball game on Sunday, October 6 from 1:00-3:30 p.m. This fundraiser, which will feature Miracle League of Plymouth players buddying up with area police, fire and paramedic personnel, will be held at the Miracle League of Plymouth Bilkie Family Field located at 357 Teordore in Plymouth. All ages are invited to attend this special fundraiser! In the event of inclement weather, the rain date will be held on Sunday, October 13. Entry fee is just $5 for non-Miracle League families. For more information, call 734/394-5367.

Sensory Sensitive Movies at the Village Theater


Let's all go to the movies!
During these Inclusive Sensory Sensitive Movie showings, the sound system will be turned down and the house lights will be turned up. Only 200 of the 400 general admission seats in the theater will be available for sale to make sure participants have plenty of space to stretch out and make themselves comfortable.

Movie Titles Include:

  • Sunday, October 6: Coco (PG) 3 p.m.
  • Saturday, November 9: Poemon Detective Pikachu (PG) 10 a.m.
  • Saturday, December 14: The Polar Express (G) 10 a.m.

All tickets $5 each. 


Please Note: This is not an event hosted by TR, so an adult or guardian must attend with participants. A limited number of KultureCity Sensory equipment bags are available to check out to use during your visit to the Village Theater.
